Joining a new company
Joining a new company entails many changes – including, in most cases, a change of pension fund and a different pension plan. We help you to organise this transition smoothly. Together, we ensure that your pension coverage is maintained without any gaps when you move to your new company.
GOOD TO KNOW
Do not forget to transfer the retirement assets you have accrued so far to your new pension fund.
Marriage, cohabitation and partnership
Your marital status also has an effect on your pension fund. Find out how to protect your partner even without a marriage certificate and what the rules are in the event of divorce.
GOOD TO KNOW
Most pension funds provide for what are known as partner's pensions in their pension rules. However, for your partner to be able to claim a partner's pension in the event of your death, you have to register him or her with your pension fund. The requirements for the registration itself and for entitlement to a partner's pension are set out in your pension fund's pension rules.

GOOD TO KNOW
You can use money from your pension fund to finance residential property – either as an early withdrawal or as a pledge. If you draw pension fund assets to finance residential property, your future retirement benefits will be reduced – and depending on the type of pension plan, the insured benefits for death and disability may fall, too. You can close the gap that arises for death and disability with a term life insurance policy.

We will be happy to give you comprehensive advice on how to optimally structure your retirement provision in these phases of life.

Not all insurance policies continue as normal during a sabbatical. You need to extend your accident and daily sickness benefits insurance yourself.
