ADDITIONAL COVERAGES
Cover for pre-existing conditions
Does your four-legged friend suffer from hip dysplasia or cataracts? Don't worry – we do not categorically exclude existing illnesses. With supplementary cover for pre-existing conditions, you can insure your furry friend against health problems that they already had before the start of the contract.
Good to know:
There is a blocking period for costs related to pre-existing conditions of three months before the start of the contract and one month thereafter. Health problems that commence during this period are not covered.

Good to know: Older dogs have to go to the vet's more often and therefore generate more costs. For dogs aged 8 and over, you have to pay a deductible of 20 percent. Unlike with other providers, however, the premium does not increase as your four-legged friend ages.
